What this is
Mentioned (mentionedinai.com) and its sub-product ShipRank are services that measure how businesses appear in AI search results. By using the services you agree to these terms.
Your audits, your responsibility
When you submit an audit, you confirm you have the right to audit that business. Don't submit audits for businesses you don't own or aren't authorized to research. Don't use the audit form to spam, impersonate, or harass.
The dataset
Our open dataset at /data/audits.csv is licensed CC-BY-4.0. You can use it commercially. Attribution: link to mentionedinai.com. You cannot use the dataset to train AI models without separate written agreement.
Pricing + cancellation
- Free tier: 3 audits per IP per 24 hours. No card required. Audits are public.
- ShipRank Pro: $19/month. Cancel anytime via your Stripe billing portal. Refunds for unused full months on request within 7 days.
- Mentioned founder cohort: $297/month locked or $1,497 lifetime. The lifetime tier is non-refundable after 14 days.
Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. Mentioned is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For paid plans, if we discontinue the service we'll provide a prorated refund.
AI engine accuracy
The score measures observed AI engine behavior at the time of audit. AI engines update their training data and behavior regularly. A 90/100 score today doesn't guarantee 90/100 tomorrow. Use scores as directional signals, not absolute truth.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before any claim. We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service to harm others. You can stop using the service at any time. Paid plans cancel via Stripe billing portal.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify Pro members by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
