By using Mentioned (mentionedinai.com), you agree to these terms. Plain English. Read them. They are short.

What Mentioned does

Mentioned runs real queries against ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Perplexity to measure how often your business is cited when homeowners ask AI for local service recommendations. We score the result, name the competitors who appear instead, and generate a custom fix sequence.

What we charge

• Free audit: $0. One audit per IP per 24 hours. Rate-limited.
• Pro Lite: $497/month recurring. Cancel anytime via the billing portal.
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

What we don't guarantee

• We don't guarantee specific score improvements. AI visibility depends on many factors outside our control (LLM training data refresh cycles, schema deployment quality, citation aggregator behavior).
• The Pro Lite "60-day score climb" copy elsewhere on the site reflects typical outcomes from our internal data, not a guaranteed result.
• Our audit data is a snapshot. AI engines update constantly. Re-audit regularly.

What you can't do

• Don't scrape the audit endpoint at high volume. Rate limits will kick in. Repeat abusers get blocked.
• Don't resell our audit output as your own product. Use it in client work, share with your team, post about it — fine. White-label resale requires the Agency tier (coming July).
• Don't audit businesses you don't have permission to audit. (Though running an audit on a public business is generally fine since the data is public.)

Liability

Mentioned is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. If you paid us nothing, our liability is nothing.

Refunds

Pro Lite: cancel anytime, no questions. We do not refund partial months by default but if something broke on our end, email us and we will make it right.
